Who We Are

Director Jan Morgan formed Morgan Kaufman Ltd in April 2008 having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Morgan Kaufman Ltd has a network of associates across the country, many of whom have a Big 4 consultancy background.

Jan previously worked for the Open University and its subsidiary Open University Worldwide Ltd where she managed the OU’s international collaborative partnerships, particularly those in Central and Eastern Europe. The team won the Queen’s Award for Export in 1997.

Jan works across the education and skills sector and has a particular focus on the Post-16 sector, 14-19 diplomas, 14-19 transition, ICT/e-learning, Management Information Systems, Games Technologies and Learning Technologies.

Jan is a member of the Society of Education Consultants and a Member of the British Institute for Learning & Development (MBILD). She regularly participates in the Westminster Forum and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Jan’s (work related) passion is to broker links between various and often disparate organisations, departments and bodies to ensure knowledge, experience and good practice is shared across all aspects of education and training.
